Mr. T. Asoke Kumar, skills and placement director of T.S.M. Jain College of Technology has over 25 years of experience in placement training. He worked as a trainee engineer in HCL technologies for one year, system analyst in the CATS software system for 6 years, as a team lead in PC land, as an educational consultant for Kushal Educational trust.

The goal is to encourage entrepreneurship to mold the young men and women capable of assuming leadership of the society. To establish collaboration with other university research centers, industries and to identify or & D projects including service. To provide best soft skills training center in order to improve the students standard as per the industry requirements. To establish a small scale industry for fund raising potential activity to the institution by our final year and pre final year students. This will improve both our students' skill job placement training also.
